Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 �ttcoR' <br />209/468-3420 <br />April 4, 1995 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br />SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br />remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site (Rainbo <br />Bakery) located at 2651 S. Airport Way, Stockton, in the County of <br />San Joaquin (APN 169-120-03), has been reviewed by San Joaquin <br />County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br />(PHS/EHD). The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous <br />substances which contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases <br />associated with underground storage tanks (UST) which were located <br />on the property. <br />San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br />Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br />determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br />Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br />create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br />benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br />The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br />Cesar Chavez Central Library, 605 N. E1 Dorado Street, Stockton, <br />during their hours of operation and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin <br />Street, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8:00 <br />a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a written request by any member of the public <br />for a public hearing is not received by PHS/EHD by May 4, 1995, the <br />tentative decision shall become final on that date and time. <br />All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br />PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 388, Stockton, 95201-0388.
