Hazelton Ave. <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Subject: Rainbo Baking Company <br />Stockton, California <br />ADDENDUM TO ADDITIONAL WORKPLAN <br />Dear Mr. James and Ms. Hinson: <br />consuLTAMTS, IMC. <br />MAY 989 <br />EVv„ <br />fii f <br />This letter is in response to Mr. James' letter of 4 April 1989. <br />In that letter, we were asked to submit the following information <br />in addition to that submitted in our letter of 19 September 1988. <br />This information is required prior to being able to receive permits <br />to conduct the further investigation. The additional information <br />requested was: <br />1. copies of laboratory reports for soil and groundwater <br />samples collected during completion of the work outlined in <br />the 19 January 1988 workplan. <br />2. a table of groundwater table elevations made at the site. <br />Also, correct 10/14/88 date to 10/14/87. <br />3. a well construction diagram for the proposed wells. <br />4. a health and safety plan for the proposed work, as <br />required by the SJLHD. <br />We are attaching the requested information to this letter. <br />Specifically, we are including: <br />1. Copies of California Analytical Laboratory analyses of <br />water samples taken 26 April 1988. These samples were taken <br />from wells number l(previously installed by our client's <br />earlier consultant), and 4 and 5(installed by our firm in <br />January 1988).
