(Sara Lee)', PSC Industrial Outsourcing, LP <br />/ (PSC) is submitting this ISCO Pilot Study Work Plan for the above referencedproject <br />site. The work plan is in accordance with the SJCEHD request, dated September 24, <br />2010 and presents the detailed. program for completing the in-situ chemical oxidation <br />pilot study at the site. <br />PSC anticipates and is prepared to start the Pilot Study activities in late July or early <br />August upon receiving SJCEHD approval of this work plan. The pre -field activities <br />include obtaining the boring permits from SJCEHD and completing the baseline <br />groundwater -sampling event, as well as coordinating all subcontractors and utility <br />locates.
