Nos Engineering Science, Inc. <br /> All on-site IDW containers will be stored in the current hazardous <br /> materials/waste <br /> area as designated by the AASC Facility Environmental Coordinator andwill belabeled storage <br /> indicate date IDW was generated, type of IDW, and on-site emergency contact name and <br /> phone number. All non-contaminated solid waste, including but not limited to packaging, <br /> construction debris and trash, will be disposed of on site as municipal solid waste. <br /> PERMITS AND CLEARANCES <br /> Parsons ES will secure the following permits as part of the normal conduct of investigations: <br /> 1. Drilling Permits - Subsurface drill holes and probes that extend to groundwater require <br /> permits from the San Joaquin County Public Health Service, Environmental Health <br /> Division. One permit is required per parcel of land for each drilling subcontractor and is <br /> valid for one year. The County inspector is to be notified for on-site approval of well <br /> seals and completion of grouting. <br /> 2. Encroachment Permit - Drilling in a public right-of-way requires a permit from the City <br /> of Stockton, Public Works Department. <br /> 3. Underground Utilities Clearances - On-site drilling locations will be cleared for utilities <br /> by the AASC facility engineer. Off-site locations will be cleared by calling Underground <br /> Service Alert (USA) with sufficient lead time for the service to notify all member utility <br /> agencies. <br /> 4. Wastewater Disposal Permit - A Special Permit from the City of Stockton, Department of <br /> Municipal Utilities, was obtained.
