The investigation proposed included two sail
borings drilled to groundwater which is estimated to be approximately 40 feet below ground
surface. PHSIEHD understands that the proposes) investigation is preliminary, but nate that
additional investigation, vvill be necessary in order to determine the full.extent of soil and/or
groundwater contamination.
Please submit a health and safety plan, a drilling permit application and.the 09 permit fee to
0H$/EHl3. if you have you.have any questions, contact Mary Meays at (209) 4680337.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health division
IF
Mary Meays, Senior RENSDiane)$. inson, RENS
Site Mitigation Unit Supervisor
M1PI\6000SAIR
cc: Elizabeth Thayer, CVRWQCB cc: Lori Casias, SRB
A Division of Sart Joaquin County Health Care Services
