Tobe; US Army Carp of Engineers <br /> Mike Brooks, Stockton Metropolitan Airport <br /> Mary Me ys, PHS/EH <br /> EHD has prepared a summary of the meeting for your inf fmAdon. <br /> Clarification was provided regarding the tanks, , #10,, and #12, which were not operated <br /> following the Department of Defense's use of the airport as well as the Aq0 tanks, #21, <br /> #22, #23 which were jointly operated to dispense fuel stared in the fuel farm tanksx <br /> Analytical results were provided for the aqua tanks. <br /> The enforcement process, including correspondence with clue dates and office hearings,was <br /> briefly,-,discussed: PHS/EHD was informed that as:a federal agencythere is a degree of <br /> immunity which:has peen established by the federal government. <br /> An update on potential funding by the Corp of Engineers was provided. The funding work. <br /> plan for October 1995 through October 1996 has already been approved and includes a <br /> 60% to 70 funding level for already planned expenditures.
