During the April 12, 1995 meeting, a due date Was. <br /> tentatively established for June 8, 1995, for the submittal of a work plan to initiate the <br /> investigation of contamination documented during the removal of underground storage <br /> tanks. To accommodate responsible party negotiations, PHS/END has not initiated <br /> enforcement actions. <br /> Sufficient time has elapsed to allow for negotiations to be initiated.. Please note that <br /> PH /E D hereby directs the responsible parties to arrange for the submittal of a work plan <br /> by October 2, 1995. The work plan should include a brief summary.of site conditions and: <br /> a scope of work sufficient for bidding.
