The three monitor wells were completed with 20 feet of 2-inch ID 20 slot PVC screen, sand <br /> pack, bentonite seal and cement bentonite grout. The wells were completed with flush mount <br /> Christie boxes The wells were developed on August 11, 1994 and sampled on August 19, 1994 <br />' for analysis of BTEX and TPH-D. A field rinse blank sample labeled (MW-5) was collected <br /> to check on field decontamination procedures. This quality control sample was analyzed for <br /> BTEX compounds, <br />' Two groundwater samples were also collected from the soil borings HP-1 and HP-2 using a <br /> Hydropunch® groundwater sampling tool, which was pushed through the bottom of borings The <br /> groundwater samples were analyzed for TPH-G and TPH-D. <br />' All samples were delivered with chain-of-custody documentation to WESTON's analytical <br /> laboratory in Stockton, Cahfornia. At the conclusion of sampling, the borings were grouted <br />' from the bottom to the top with a 5% bentonite/cement mixture At the conclusion of the field <br /> program the well heads were survey`ee fbr elevation to tie water level measurements to MSL <br /> elevation <br /> 1 A detailed discussion of field procedures is presented in Appendix A while soil boring lithoiogic <br /> logs are presented in Appendix B. <br />' 3.0 ANALYTICAL RESULTS SUMMARY <br /> The results of the soil and groundwater analyses are summarized in Tables 3 and 4 while the <br /> complete laboratory reports are presented in Appendix C.
