0 • <br />Work Plan for Groundwater Investigation and <br />Groundwater Monitoring Well Installation <br />Field Maintenance Shop #24, Stockton, California <br />4.0 REPORTING <br />Upon completion of all field activities and waste disposal, OTIE will prepare a report to be <br />submitted to the CVRWQCB, documenting the MIP investigation and data <br />evaluation/interpretation, groundwater monitoring well installation, and subsequent groundwater <br />sampling. The report will include a description of investigative actions completed and <br />associated results and findings, analytical results in tabular format, applicable field <br />documentation (e.g., digital photographs, field logs, etc.), laboratory analytical reports, and <br />waste documentation including waste manifests and weight tickets (as appropriate). The report <br />will be reviewed and stamped by a California -registered PG or Professional Engineer (PE). <br />Additionally, all reports will be uploaded to the Geo Tracker system, as required. The report will <br />provide the basis for pilot testing using ISCO technology. The objective of that testing will be <br />documented in a work plan to be prepared following CVRWQCB receipt and approval of the <br />report documenting activities described in this work plan. <br />16 <br />OTI E <br />
