I noticed there is new information on the Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS)that was
uploaded by Gabriel Gonzalez on 7 April 2015. 1 am contacting you because you are listed as the
caseworker. Geotracker indicates soil excavation was completed in June 2014 and San Joaquin County issued NFA on 21
October 2014. No additional information is provided, so I am not sure how to deal with my Geotracker updates on the
CSMS which include uploading our 2013 NFA letter for the CSMS. I can call you next week to get the rest of the story or
you can provide a brief summary of the investigation/remediation that occurred in 2014 in your response to this
email. If your NFA letter provides details, then maybe that will answer my questions. Let me know if I should call you
and please email a copy of your NFA letter to me.
Thanks.
Marcus Pierce
Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board
11020 Sun Center Drive#200
Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
Phone 916-464-4733
2
