We'll try to process our contract request as an "emergency, " so we won't <br /> have to wait till Jul. We cannot simply create contracts on demand to do work. <br /> As a state agency, approval processes and submission of appropriate documents are <br /> required. <br /> Details for a work plan will be developed after the contract is executed. Based on the <br /> original SOW, our contractor prepared the attached cleanup proposal. However, I updated <br /> the SOW to include 2 bottom samples after our phone call last Fri, so I will request a new <br /> proposal from the contractor. <br /> CAARNG cooperates to the best of its ability with federal, state and local environmental <br /> agencies.
