I visited the site that day, after our phone call. <br /> During my site visit, I observed no fuel odor at the spill area.There was some discolored soil that probably was caused <br /> by the fuel spill.The area that was impacted appears to be smaller than indicated in the notice. <br /> See attached doc. I propose that we (CAARNG) excavate the soil that appears discolored (and is likely to be <br /> contaminated by fuel). After the soil is put in drums for disposal, is there something else you require? <br /> 2 <br />
