Please find enclosed a copy of the <br /> Implementation Plan (IP) for PG&E's McMullin Dehydrator Station, at 26250 South Airport <br /> Way in Manteca,San Joaquin County, California. As discussed in our phone conversation and <br /> included in the IP, Excavation at the McMullin Station is proposed to remediate near surface <br /> soil and groundwater containing petroleum hydrocarbons. We anticipate this project will begin <br /> in the field on or about October 7,2002 and should take approximately one month to complete. <br /> If we see any major changes forthcoming in the schedule,we will advise you in advance. <br /> This construction is being performed voluntarily by PG&E under the authority and with the <br /> agreement of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB).
