Turn right onto Yosemite, and look for the hospital just beyond <br />MonKey's Garage. The address is 1777 West Yosemite (see Figure A-1 for details). <br />SITE SECURITY <br />Access during all on-site activities will be restricted to authorized personnel. All personnel <br />and authorized visitors must contact the Site Safety Officer/Project Manager prior to entering <br />and exiting the exclusion zone. <br />RECORD KEEPING <br />All site safety records pertaining to this site investigation will be maintained by the Site Safety <br />Officer/Project Manager throughout the project. <br />AIR MONITORING <br />The Site Safety Officer/Project Manager (or another qualified person designated by the Site <br />Safety Officer) will conduct periodic air monitoring, using direct -reading, real-time sampling <br />equipment.
