Davis, attorney for 3 M Company that the above <br />referenced facility was sold to Outdoor Systems Inc. (OSI). According to the Assessors office <br />records, National Advertising is still the owner of the above referenced site. PHS/EHD has <br />been contacted by Joan Sasine, attorney for OSI who informed our agency that OSI purchased <br />National Advertising Company. Until PHS/EHD is provided legal documentation of a new owner <br />and/or mailing address for National Advertising, we will continue to address correspondence to <br />the owner and address above. <br />On September 9, 1997, National Advertising Company received certified mail from this office <br />informing them of their responsibility to provide a work plan, within thirty days, that describes <br />the further investigation proposed to define the extent of the contamination confirmed by soil <br />samples collected beneath the underground storage tanks formerly located at the site. To date <br />a work plan to further investigate the site has not been submitted to this office.
