SECTION 2 <br /> EMERGENCY PROCEDURES <br /> In the event of an emergency the following persons will be <br /> responsible for the safety of those involved : <br /> Store Manager : In the event of fire or, fuel spill , push <br /> EMERGENCY PUMP STOP , call 911 , notify <br /> emergency contact people , evacuate if <br /> necessary , and attempt to contain with <br /> absorbent , or use fire extinguisher if <br /> situation if safe to do so. In the event that <br /> the monitoring procedures on site suggest an <br /> underground leak , notify Frank Guinta , Jr . <br /> Attempt to determine the cause of the leak , <br /> is it a mechanical or, equipment failure , <br /> human error in leak detection procedure , or, <br /> ,actual leak . <br /> Asst . Manager : When not working with Store Manager, duties <br /> ,are same as above . When working with store <br /> manager- , assist in carrying out above <br /> procedures . <br /> Employee : When on a shift without management <br /> supervision the employee will follow the <br /> procedures outlined for Store Manager . If a <br /> manager, is present the employee will do as <br /> instructed by the manager . <br /> Frank Guinta Jr . : In the event that an underground leak is <br /> detected , he will notify Moore Petroleum and <br /> Shaw ' s Maintenance . If it has been <br /> determined that an actual leak has occurred <br /> then State agencies will be notified . <br /> NOTICE : See attached for current list of management <br /> staff . <br />
