This tank needs extracted and replaced, as necessary, to bring <br />up to standards. <br />3.0 scope of operations <br />The work that is to be performed at 574 West Grantline road, Tracy, ca, is <br />to remove the '15k -gallon tank and replace it with anew tank that meets the <br />same requirements as the initial site plants. The second part to the project is <br />to remove the pea gravel from around the IOk-gallon tank.Then un -strap the <br />tank from the deadmen and recheck the tank for round. If this is <br />unsuccessful the next step is to lilt the tank up out of the hole. At this point <br />the factexy technician will remeasure the tang for round. If the tank goes <br />back to round then the factory rep will submit a report to pHS/F�tID that will <br />recertitY the tank to be reinstalled. If the tank is still unable to allow it self <br />to go back to rowed the warranty is void on the tank. The tank will need to <br />be replaced with a tank that meets all the requirements of the original site <br />work plan. 'llie plumbing will he replaced by certified tech. (certificates <br />included in this packet) upon a Plumb mg inspection by the county the <br />installation is complete. The next step will be to back till the pea gravel and <br />Pour concrete to top the tanks. Meeting the requirements of the original site <br />work plans. <br />
