This tank needs extracted and replaced, as necessary, to bring
up to standards.
3.0 scope of operations
The work that is to be performed at 574 West Grantline road, Tracy, ca, is
to remove the '15k -gallon tank and replace it with anew tank that meets the
same requirements as the initial site plants. If this is
unsuccessful the next step is to lilt the tank up out of the hole. At this point
the factexy technician will remeasure the tang for round. If the tank goes
back to round then the factory rep will submit a report to pHS/FtID that will
recertitY the tank to be reinstalled. If the tank is still unable to allow it self
to go back to rowed the warranty is void on the tank. The tank will need to
be replaced with a tank that meets all the requirements of the original site
work plan. 'llie plumbing will he replaced by certified tech. (certificates
included in this packet) upon a Plumb mg inspection by the county the
installation is complete. The next step will be to back till the pea gravel and
Pour concrete to top the tanks. Meeting the requirements of the original site
work plans.
