The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Primary piping soap test: One hour pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating <br />pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is greater. This was completed on December 3 & 6, <br />2010. <br />b. Secondary piping soap test: One hour pressure test per manufacturer's guidelines. If <br />there are no manufacturer's guidelines, test shall be performed using an applicable <br />method specified in an industry code or engineering standard. This was completed <br />on December 3 & 6, 2010. <br />c. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on 87 and 91 STP sumps and all UDCs. This <br />was completed on December 6, 2010. <br />d. Secondary containment testing on 87 and 91 piping. This was completed on <br />December 3 & 6, 2010. <br />e. Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can <br />detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />
