At approximately 1300 hours, I arrived on site and met with <br /> MSG John V. Marquis and SSG Gerald Burns at the OMS 124 <br /> office. I identified myself and asked to speak to the <br /> appropriate hazardous waste management personnel. <br /> Mr. Marquis and Mr. Burns gave ma a tour of the hazardous <br /> waste storage area where the wash rack is located near the <br /> hazardous waste storage building. The hazardous waste <br /> building is secured under lock and key where 12-55 gallon <br /> drums are stored. <br /> We returned to the office after inspecting the hazardous <br /> waste storage area and reviewed the facility's operating <br /> records, contingency plans, employees training records, <br /> quarterly reports and manifests. <br /> A review was made of the various waste streams and amounts of <br /> waste in each category. <br /> I%. DISCUSSION WITH MANAGEMENT: <br /> At the conclusion of the tour and the office record review, <br /> I asked Mr. Marquis and Mr. Burns if they had any questions. <br /> They asked if they would receive a report.
