[66265.199(x) ] <br /> Is HW not placed in a non-decontaminated tank that <br /> held an inccapatible waste or material unless <br /> 66265.17(b) is complied with? (66265.199(b) ] <br /> Whenever a tank system is to be used to store a HW <br /> which is substantially different from waste <br /> previously stored in that tank, did the generator: <br /> [66265.200-] <br /> (a) Conduct waste analysis and trial storage <br /> tests? or _ <br /> (b) Obtain written, documented information on <br /> similar waste under similar conditions to show <br /> that the proposed storage will meet the <br /> requirements of 66265.194(a) and (b)? <br /> Construction.
