An updated contingency plan is included with this <br /> response. <br /> We are currently working on evacuation plans for the main maintenance shop and outside <br /> chemical storage areas with the San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission as they own the facility <br /> and this should be completed and submitted to you no later than June 10, 2016. <br /> The SJRRC stated the evacuation maps for the maintenance shop and outside chemical <br /> storage areas should be completed in a week or so. Pictures of the maps will be forwarded <br /> when complete. <br /> Item# 111 CCR 66265.16(d) Failed to maintain complete personnel training records. <br /> We are currently updating and revising job titles for all employees with job descriptions for <br /> every job title related to hazardous waste and the training required for each position. This <br /> should be completed and submitted to you no later than June 10, 2016. <br /> Included in this response are names of employees,job titles,job descriptions, the type and <br /> amount of training provided for the employees related to hazardous waste. <br /> Item#407 CCR 66261.7(f) Contaminated Container not marked with date emptied or <br /> managed within one year of being emptied. <br /> I spoke with Fatinah on Wednesday, 5/18/16 regarding these empty containers and waiting for <br /> a response on determination of disposal method. They were triple rinsed some time ago and <br /> we have spoken with a local recycler that looked at the totes and would take them for recycling <br /> purposes. If this is not okay then we will have to look at disposal considerations. <br /> Sent an email to Fatinah on 5/25/16 with information on the Oil/Water separator system and <br /> the test results to see if acceptable to send to a local recycler. <br />
