• Open staff room with constant activity and interaction with cross-functional divisions, departments, and sections. Must be able to effectively change tasks at a moment's notice when the situation requires. • Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. Work is performed indoors with some potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to electronics work. May periodically travel to satellite sites. • Some dust,noise, oils,greases, grinding debris, compressed air,metal shavings, propane, solvents and occasional heavy lifting. • Exposed to potential accidents of an incapacitating and or fatal nature. • Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust,vapors, odors,fumes, coolant, oils, hazardous materials and waste. The performance of this position normally requires exposure to a typical manufacturing areas were under certain conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment such as Safety Glasses with Side Shields and mandatory hearing protection.Primary environment: Temperature of work area may be affected by outside temperatures and machining. Industrial lighting provided.
