Weber Avenue
Stockton, CA 95202
Dear Matthew Parker:
Enclosed for your review is the documentation provided to me by Automotive Environmental Services
Corporation. They insist that the clarifier wastewater and sludge were non-hazardous based on the
enclosed analysis from McKittrick Waste Disposal.
I have made a business decision to not use this company for waste disposal of this nature in the
future. The Postal Service has a corporate policy of strict compliance with all hazardous waste and
environmental laws and regulations. If you view this company's practices as questionable, then we feel
obligated to no longer do business with them.
The other two violations noted during your visit on October 7, 1999 have been abated; all hazard
waste labels now include our EPA ID number and all employees have been retrained to ensure all
hazardous waste containers remain closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at (209) 983-6312.
Donald A.
