CCR 66262.40(a), CCR 662.42(a)(c)(d) References Manifest 005328784SKS. <br /> Cause: Safety Kleen mistakenly put our Generator ID number on a manifest that did not belong to us, this <br /> explains why we did not have any other records to match on-site. <br /> Correction: Had Safety Kleen provide a Letter of Correction that was sent by Safety Kleen to the State <br /> and to our facility. <br /> Item: #406. CCR 66261.7 References two 55 gal. emptied drums which held new oil, (unlabeled). <br /> Cause: Both 55 gal. drums found on-site did not contain any labeling to indicate when the drums had <br /> become empty. <br /> Correction: Ordered "EMPTY LABELS"and immediately affixed dated labeling to both 55 gal. drums. <br /> Item: #601. CCR 66262.34(d) References stored Hazardous Waste on-site for greater than 180 days. <br /> Cause: A stored 5 gal. can of Brake Shavings was stored on-site which had a start date of 7/5/2016, <br /> exceeding the maximum storage limit of 180 days. <br /> Correction: Arranged for Safety Kleen to pick up Brake Shavings from our site.
