Usable spare parts <br />will be removed from unit before disposal. Unit is to be recycled as scrap. Has been moved off of dirt <br />and onto cement for this process. Contaminated soil also removed. <br />#20- Absorbent waste material barrel has been labeled properly <br />Anti -freeze barrel will be disposed of properly and relabeled according to code. <br />Used oil tank will be emptied and labeled properly. <br />Soil is being tested, disposed of, barrels crushed and recycled. <br />421- A lid has been put onto the the waste container which held absorbent material no garbage in used <br />HW absorbent material. <br />#32- Container has been relabeled to read used oil and gasoline filters. This drum will be emptied with <br />other HW materials and relabeled properly with accumulation dates with labels provided. This <br />container has also been moved closer to building for easier disposal and collection. <br />#33 (4)- Called for drum and contents to be removed from property. New labels will be affixed to new <br />containers and will be emptied in time frame allowed by code. <br />478- UW lamps were removed form property by lighting company when new, energy efficient lamps <br />and ballasts were installed. <br />982- Container holding old lamps was removed. New container will be labeled and stored properly. <br />#86- A schedule will be [Wade with new HW removal contractor which will insure no HW will sit on <br />property 5or more than 120 days. <br />Waste absorbent has been labeled properly. Is being disposed of properly and new accumulation date <br />written on labels provided. <br />30 gal used anti -freeze will be picked up by HW contractor and proper dates listed on barrel. <br />Soil in 55 gal drums are is being tested before proper disposal can be performed. Barrels will be <br />crushed and recycled. <br />#89- 5 gal buckets for temporary storage will be labeled accordingly for next usage. <br />Empty Used Anti -Freeze barrel will be crushed and recycled. <br />Empty barrel adjacent to used oil filters will be crushed and recycled. <br />
