Department of "Transportation HM -126F Training <br />Certificate of Training for Sims Metal Management <br />August - September 2011 <br />The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires triennial training of employees that <br />engage in the shipping or receiving of hazardous substances or hazardous waste.
