Aurora St., Stockton <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />Note: (corrected on site) <br />A blue steel drum of hot ail was observed in the appliance recycling area with no hazardous property. <br />Two drain carts of used oil were observed in the shop without labels; according to the facility contact, <br />they were last used four days ago. Two 5 gallon buckets of contaminated soil were observed in the <br />wash area without labels. A 55 gallon black steel drum of used absorbent was observed in the <br />hazardous waste storage area incorrectly marked with a hazardous property of "other." A drain cart of <br />used oil was observed in the appliance recycling area without a label; it could not be determined how <br />long the cart was storing the used oil. A 55 gallon red steel drum of used oil was observed in the <br />appliance recycling area with no physical state or hazardous property labeled.
