DOCUMENTS REVIEWED <br />a. Manifests, Bills of Lading, LDR"s and Exception Reports: <br />Prior to conducting the inspection I reviewed our Manifest database. I did not observe any manifest <br />discrepancies from the database. In reviewing manifests at the facility, I did not observe any violations. <br />b. Contingency Plan: <br />Simsmetal failed to have the State Office of Emergency Services phone number listed in the Contingency <br />Plan (see attached SOV).
