I am in the process of putting ether a spill prevention and countermea control plan. Estimated <br /> to be completed by September 30, 2011. <br /> Violation #7) <br /> Service Manager has re-trained the two quick lube techs on the proper disposal of oil latex gloves. <br /> Technicians now have a dedicated oil waste solids covered container in which they dispose of their oily <br /> gloves. <br /> Violation #20) <br /> Failure to correctly label containers of hazardous waste. This was corrected on—site with the help of <br /> Environmental Health Specialist Thuy Tran. Service Manager now inspects all hazardous waste <br /> containers at least once each week for proper labeling. <br /> Violation #32) <br /> Hazardous waste tank assessment not available at time of inspection. Tracy Chevrolet in conjuction with <br /> Advanced Geo-Environmental are in the final stages of the hazardous waste tank inspection, Tracy <br /> Chevrolet is awaiting the final report from Advanced Geo-Environmental. Tracy Chevrolet expects this <br /> to be completed by September 30, 2011. <br /> Violation #49) <br /> Training records of CA Haz Waste handler missing description of course information. This task is being <br /> completed by our partner KPA who handles our on-site training. During KPA's next visit, Service <br /> Manager will ensure all training records have all proper documentation on site. <br /> Violations 60, 61 and 62) <br /> Manifest#008142851jjk shipped 05/04/11 found without a signed off copy from the destination facility. <br /> Tracy Chevrolet has obtained a copy of the signed off manifest signed by the owner/operator of the <br /> destination facility.
