This sample was used to determine partical size distribution by Sierra Testing Labs.
Sample CS-0004 was collected randomly from 5 drums of hot and cold shot bead blast into one 4 oz
glass jar. This sample was used to determine aquatic toxicity by Block Environmental Services.
Sample CS-0005 was collected randomly from 5 drums of hot and cold shot bead blast into one 4 oz
glass jar. This sample was used for chromium analysis by Cal Science Analytical Labs
a1f the soluble chromium,as determined by the TCLP set forth in Appendix I of chapter 18 of this
division,is less than 5 mg/I,and the soluble chromium,as determined by the procedures set forth in
Appendix 11 of chapter 11,equals or exceeds 560 mg/I and the waste is not otherwise identified as a
RCRA hazardous waste pursuant to section 66261.100,then the waste is a non-RCRA hazardous waste.
