Therefore, I must advise you that we cannot grant permission for the University to utilize <br /> the City sanitary sewer system for this purpose. <br /> Our Environmental Control Section made numerous telephone inquiries on your behalf in an <br /> attempt to assist in your effort to dispose of this material. Regrettably, we were unable to <br /> locate an acceptable disposal source for this type of waste through our contacts. We request that <br /> you let us know the method you find to legally dispose of the material. This information will <br /> allow us to appropriately direct other facilities that face similar difficulties in the future. <br /> Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention.
