HAZARDOUS WASTE NIGHTMARE???
No Problem.
You can use the equipment you already have to comply with
EPA requirements. First you must contain contaminated fluids
and sediment. This is being accomplished in the test and boil
out tanks, leaving only flush water to contend with. Flushing
water must be captured in a holding tank and be reused to
flush additional radiators. The schematic pictured below
shows the flow of waste water that can bring you into com-
pliance with all EPA and municipal standards. Additional in-
formation is as close as your phone. 714-788-5155. Tanks A
Lot confronts these problems daily and has helped over 300
radiator shops solve their hazardous waste nightmares.
FRESH WATE
SrEAM
Theo first stage incorporates the test tanks into fresh water holding tanks. As the tanks become
contaminated, the water is transferred through the D second stage the sediment tank, into
the I third stage the flush booth holding tank; this water will be recycled through the flush
gun until no longer acceptable for flushing. Positioned in front of the boilout tank, the holding
tank will catch any spilled fluid. Use the recycling flush gun to transfer the ® fourth stage
water to the boilout to be evaporated as needed. As the boilout evaporates its fluid, sludge
will build up on the bottom; this will need to be shoveled as necessary into the O fifth stage
the hazardous waste drums, to be properly disposed of. C, I
TL 605 RECYCLE FLUSH
SYSTEM WITH BOOTH
This system has a 280 gallon holding tub,
combination working platform. The system
designed to eliminate sludge from the water
thus containing waste water to a manageable
level. Eliminates use of city sewers, no need
for costly traps. Includes flush gun, recycl-
ing pump, and sludge box with filters. This
system is designed to handle up to 10
radiators per day. For shops concerned with
more than ten a day, see specs on the TL 614
"Mr. Sludge".
Reg. $2414 Now $2195
`5 -i5OA TL 605
C
