Main Street Stockton, CA 95202 Jeff, In response to the inspection conducted on 7/22/2011, thank you for the education and we at Antonini are committed to getting back to compliance. Since you were here and furnished me with your report of our deficiencies I have made strides to start bringing Antonini back into compliance. I am not going to try to candy coat it, we need to get some work done around here to get back into compliance and we are not done yet. You stated in your report that you wanted to see some action by August 27, 2011. With this letter I am responding with what we have done so far and the efforts and actions yet to complete to bring us back into compliance. Corrected; We have had the Used Antifreeze/Coolant container hauled away by an approved transporter and have replaced the container with a new one. We have installed a new collection container and labeled it according to your direction. A copy of the disposal manifest is included with this letter as well as a picture of the new drum and label, I know the label doesn't show an accumulation date as we really do accumulate very little used coolant and we will note the accumulation date as soon as we put used coolant into the drum. I will personally monitor the drum once a week to check for accumulation and mark the date of accumulation on the container when applicable and make sure that the waste coolant is disposed of within 90 days of accumulation date. We have had the open, labeled incorrectly used motor oil filter drum hauled off and replaced with a new one that has the required label. A copy of the receipt from the transporter and a picture of the new drum is included with this letter. As you can see from this picture the drum is closed and labeled and the accumulation date is again not there yet. We accumulate used filters much faster than coolant and will include in my next letter a picture of it with the accumulation date noted. Yet to conquer, I have not yet had the waste oil tank assessed by an independent, qualified, professional engineer, registered in California to attest to the structural integrity of the tank. I have contacted NEST Environmental Services Inc.to help me find one and get the tank assessed.
