No hazardous wastes observed on site. According to Mr. Bill Venkus, the equipment still on site will be shipped as is to the new facility in North Carolina. This facility will be inactivated as t hazardous waste generator with SJC EHD. Disposal records were observed on site for the following closure wastes: -fluorescent tubes -latex paint -ethoxylated alcohols -alkylpolysiloxanes -aluminum chlorhydrate -petroleum distillates -sodium hydroxide / potassium hydroxide -paint related materials -used oil (lead/benzene liquid) -phosphoric acid -lead acid batteries ALL EHD STAFF TIME AO IATE TH FAILING TOCOMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE C RREN H URLYRATE.
