CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No emergency coordinator. <br />• No Emergency Coordinator. <br />Response: The proper "Hazardous Waste Emergency Information" listing the emergency <br />coordinator and alternate emergency coordinator have been posted in the science classrooms. <br />Attached is a copy of the "Hazardous Waste Emergency Information". <br />303. CCR 66265.33 Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or <br />decontamination equipment. <br />• The eyewash stations were not being inspection. <br />Response: A monthly schedule has been established for the eyewash station testing per OSHA <br />standard Title 8, Section 5162 Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment. <br />601. CCR66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br />The following containers had a date of accumulation greater than 180 days. <br />• A 4 -liter plastic bottle of Ethylol with a date of accumulation dated 10/6/15 <br />• A 4 -liter plastic bottle of Propanol with a date of accumulation dated 9/15/15 <br />• A 6 -liter plastic bottle of Calicylic Acid with a date of accumulation dated 9/11/15 <br />• A 2 -liter plastic bottle of Cooper Sulfate with a date of accumulation dated 10/9/15 <br />Response: The above waste was removed by a licensed hazardous waste hauler on June 13, <br />2016. Attached is the manifest, which I will send you the signed copy when I receive it. <br />605. CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br />The following containers lacked a hazardous property, physical state and the name and address of <br />the generator. <br />• A 4 -liter plastic bottle of Nitric Acid <br />• A 4 -liter plastic bottle of Barium Chloride <br />• Two 4 -liter plastic bottles of Sulfuric Acid <br />• Two 4 -liter plastic bottles of Hydrochloric Acid <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
