Here are the ones
that are still open:
-106 Failed to train employees on waste handling and emergency procedures.
-110 Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years.
-113 Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifests for three years.
-301 Facility not maintained to minimize the release of hazardous waste.
-403 Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste.
-601 Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days.
-608 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters.
I have also attached the previous 2016 report. Several of these violations overlap and only one response is needed.
Thank You,
John Alaniz
From: John Alaniz [EH]
Sent: Monday, August 27, 2018 2:57 PM
To:'bulmarom@associatedtractor.com' <bulmarom@associatedtractor.com>
Subject: inspection report AMENDED
Hi Bulmaro,
I amended the inspection report and am sending it to you again.
