Main Street 7 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 ENVIRONMENT HEALTH <br /> Subject: Corrective action Statement PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Dear Ray Von Flue, <br /> This letter is to let you know how we have made the required corrections with regards to <br /> our meeting on 7/29/2009. <br /> Item#10 noted was determined that the material in the 15 gallon container was solid <br /> paint waste. We were able to properly dispose of this by including with the booth filter <br /> pickup. The waste hauler,PCL confirmed that this waste could be handled accordingly. <br /> As for the drum,we will dispose of the drum with the Small Business facility here locally <br /> which you recommended. <br /> Item#86 was handled as follows. The 55 gallon drum of booth filters located near the <br /> paint booth as well as the 55 gallon drum of waste acetone was picked up and properly <br /> disposed of by waste hauler PCL. The 55 gallon drum of used floor sweep was picked <br /> and properly disposed of by Shop Hazard Solutions. I have included a copy of the waste <br /> disposal receipts(manifests)with this letter. <br /> We are also submitting the compliance certificate as well.
