The tanks and containment systems are suitably designed to <br /> achieve the requirements of CCR Title 22 66265.192. <br /> (1) Design standards according to which the waste oil tank, used coolant tank, and <br /> ancillary equipment are constructed: <br /> LIL 142 Standard for Steel Aboveground Tanks for Flammable and Combustible <br /> Liquids <br /> NFPA 30 Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code <br /> NFPA 30A Code for Motor Fuel Dispensing Facilities and Repair Garages 2008 <br /> SAE J517 Standard for Hydraulic Hoses <br /> (2) Hazardous characteristics of the waste(s)to be handled: <br /> Stored waste liquids in the waste oil tank are a mixture of motor oil, transmission <br /> fluid, brake fluid, and power steering fluid. All of these are classified as type IIIB <br /> flammable and combustible liquids per Table B.1 of NFPA Code 30A. <br /> These liquids have the following HMIS Hazard Ratings: <br /> Health: 1 (slight) <br /> Flammability: 1 (slight) <br /> Reactivity: 0 (minimal) <br />
