Exhibit D <br /> A <br /> FA .. <br /> EMERGENCY PROCEDURES <br /> Evacuation Plan <br /> Should there be a threatened release;the emergency coordinator(Manager on Duty(MOD))would notify all <br /> persons on site to evacuate via verbal communication,intercom and/or taming on the fire alarm.Everyone on <br /> site shall exit the building using the nearest exterior door and meet at a staging area(front of store).The <br /> emergency coordinator will be available at the staging area to assist emergency responders and/or emergency <br /> contractors.The emergency coordinator shall immediately contact the Property Management Help Desk, 1- <br /> 888-545-8532 and other essential personnel to report the incident. <br /> Small Spills(typically under 5 gallons),which have not entered any type of drain: <br /> 1. Determine the source of the release and attempt to prevent any additional materials from <br /> escaping. <br /> 2. Utilize the contents of the spill kit(See Figure I for photo and contents). Place the socks <br /> around the perimeter of the spill to prevent it from spreading. Spread corncob absorbent on <br /> the spilled material. If additional absorbent is required,shop-use extra absorbent from the <br /> retain section. <br /> 3. Collect the saturated absorbent and place it inside the spill kit. <br /> 4. Contact Pep Boys'Environmental Department to discuss spill and arrange for disposal of the <br /> kit,and also arrange to have a replacement kit sent out. <br /> 5.
