Eleven 5-gallon containers and one 40-gallon container of unlabeled used oil were observed <br /> on site. The 40-gallon container of used oil was labeled during the inspection but no accumulation start <br /> date was added. One container of waste antifreeze coolant was observed with the wrong address, 3/11 <br /> accumulation start date and no physical state. The coolant container was relabeled during the <br /> inspection. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. Since it cannot be determined how long the used oil containers have been on site and the <br /> waste coolant has been stored longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by April 14, <br /> 2012. <br /> 610. Two containers of used oil filters were observed without labels and not stored in closed containers. <br /> Used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and <br /> marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately store filters in closed labeled containers and <br /> ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. <br /> 703 nA errrerge-nQycoordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at <br /> least one emergency coordifiatQr on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and <br /> the following information must be poste-byres phone: the name and phone number of the emergency <br /> coordinator; location of fire extinguishers, spill con ToF giuipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the <br /> phone number of the fire department, unless the facility has'5-duet t alarm. Immediately appoint an <br /> emergency coordinator and post the required information by a phone A is provided that can be <br /> used for this purpose.
