This information was required to be submitted by April 14, 2012. A return <br /> to compliance was received on April 13, 2012 that was missing disposal records for waste oil and waste coolant. <br /> Garrett Backus contacted the owner Cesar Quintero on April 17, 2012 to request that he send in the disposal records. <br /> This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an <br /> inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective <br /> actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting <br /> corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. Violation 605 CCR <br /> 66262.34(f).Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. Violation 701 CCR 66262.34(d). <br /> Stored hazardous waste on site greater than 180 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 117 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. <br /> A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS)for the hazardous waste program has not been <br /> made. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to existing) <br /> hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include your hazardous <br /> waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required <br /> fields. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> The facility did not have an eye wash station. All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, <br /> spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary <br /> to assure its proper operation in time of emergency.
