At the time, I was given the impression that you would have a
report for us within the next two weeks that we could submit to the County
Department of Environmental Health detailing the work that had been done, as
well as disposition information on the removed oil and soil .
While initially, we were very impressed with the responsiveness of Ramos
Environmental , and the professional manner in which you handled a difficult
situation, we have been far from enamored with the subsequent follow-up. To
date, the contaminated soil is still in containers on our property, and I have
yet to receive your report despite the fact that well over half a dozen
messages have been left on your voice mail and with your secretary requesting
at least a return call . I understand that you are going through some growing
pains, but I believe that you have to agree that two and a half months is an
excessive delay.
The County has been "forgiving" so far, but I am sure that even their patience
is wearing thin. They have asked us about the follow-up report more than
once. We would definitely like to put this episode behind us.
Please give me a call as soon as possible, and let me know when this report
will be forthcoming and when the contaminated soil will be removed.
Sincerely,
Micha 1 J.
