The following shall constitute the effluent monitoring program: Constituent Units Type of Sample Sampling Frequency Temperature OF Grab Daily Electrical umhos/cm Grab Daily Conductivity pH Number Grab Daily Chlorine Residual mg/1 Grab Weekly Turbidity Turbidity Units Grab Weekly RECEIVING WATER MONITORING Temperature, electrical conductivity, and pH upstream, downstream and at the confluence of Mormon Slough and the culvert leading to McDougald Slough shall be monitored daily at sites approved by the Board. Turbidity at these locations shall be monitored weekly. If the discharge is intermittent rather than continuous, then on the first day of each such intermittent discharge, the Discharger shall monitor and record data for all of the parameters listed above, after which the frequencies of analysis given in the schedule shall apply for the duration of each such intermittent discharge. In no, event shall the Discharger be required to monitor and record data more often than twice the frequencies listed in the schedule. The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program within 30 days of the effective date of this Order. REPORTING In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, the constituents , and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to illus- trate clearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements.
