Discharge of oil heating condensate to McDougald Slough. <br /> 2. Sump discharge to the storm drain. <br /> Other deficiencies noted during the inspections threaten the beneficial uses of <br /> McDougald Slough and place Gold Bond in threatened violation of Board Order No. <br /> 79-186. <br /> To address and correct these deficiencies we require Gold Bond submit a tech- <br /> nical report, per Section 13267 of the California Administrative Code, within 45 <br /> days. This report prepared by a California Registered Civil Engineer must <br /> address items 1-8 outlined in the "Findings and Recommendations" section of the <br /> enclosed memo.
