SCOPE <br /> This technical report is prepared in fulfillment of the <br /> requirements of the November 26, 1985 Notice of Violation. This <br /> • report is specifically directed toward Items 1 through 8 of the <br /> "Findings and Recommendations" section of the Inspection Report <br /> and includes ( 1 ) an examination of identified concerns , ( 2) <br /> discussions of recommended actions , and ( 3 ) a proposed <br /> implementation schedule. This report also includes a status <br /> update of the progress being made by Gold Bond in complying with <br /> • the Underground Tank Regulations.
