COMPLIANCE <br /> On January 9, 1986, the Department of Health Services (DHS) <br /> conducted an inspection of Dopaco California Inc. <br /> As a result of that inspection, violations of hazardous <br /> waste statutes and regulations were identified. <br /> Specific violation(s) and required corrective action are <br /> listed below. Failure to correct the identified <br /> violation(s) within the schedule provided will result in DHS <br /> citing you for continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> 1. Section 66508, Title 22, California Administrative Code <br /> A generator may accumulate hazardous waste on-site for <br /> 90 days provided that: <br /> a) The date on which each period of accumulation <br /> begins is clearly marked on the drum. <br /> b) A label shall be maintained on all nonstationary <br /> containers with appropriate information printed on <br /> the label. <br /> la. Dopaco Inc. did not place hazardous waste labels or <br /> accumulation dates on the 55 gal. drums of hazardous <br /> waste stored on-site. <br /> 2 . Section 67244, Title 22 , California Administrative <br /> Code. <br /> At least weekly, owner/operator shall inspect area <br /> where containers are stored to look for leaks. <br /> Dapaco Inc. has not provided for a weekly inspection <br /> schedule. <br />
