Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Dear Ray, <br /> This letter is to inform that The Newark Group has corrected all violations found in your <br /> inspection at Newark Sierra Paperboard on June 23, 06. Below are items that have been <br /> remedied: <br /> 1/Number 10-a, 66262.11 CCR for failure to determine if a waste is hazardous, <br /> has determined that fluid in three transformers do not contained Polychlorinated <br /> Biphenyls (PCB) (see attached pictures). <br /> 2/Number 10-b was also resolved by collecting a water sample from roll storage <br /> area and tested. The lab test results are attached. The water is contained and not <br /> pumped out in the near future. <br /> 3/Number 12 was corrected by hiring Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc to clean up a <br /> spill underneath of the fork lift truck.
