Box 806 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br /> Immediately locate a copy of the missing manifests or prepare and submit an exception report to DTSC. <br /> By September 24, submit to the EHD a copy of the signed off copy of the manifests or a copy of the <br /> exception report submitted to DTSC. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 67. The waste analysis available for oily solids is incomplete. No quality control or quality assurance <br /> was included. No indication is made as to whether the solids tested were the oil soaked mats from <br /> under the vehicles, the contaminated soil from oil spills and leaks, or the absorbent used on small spills <br /> and stains throughout the facility. These wastes are all being hauled as non-hazardous. A generator <br /> shall keep a record of any test results, waste analyses, or other determinations made in accordance with <br /> hazardous waste regulations for at least three years from the date that the waste was last sent to on-site <br /> or off-site treatment, storage, or disposal. Immediately locate a copy a complete waste analysis for <br /> these wastes submit a copy to the EHD by September 24, 2011. <br /> 78. An alkaline battery was observed on the ground near the stored crushers. A generator shall contain <br /> batteries in a container that is closed, structurally sound, compatible with the battery and its contents, <br /> and lacks evidence of leakage, spillage, or damage. Immediately containerize all universal waste <br /> batteries in accordance with Title 22 regulations. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by September 24, <br /> 2011 along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> "Facility generated 300.87 tons of hazardous waste in 2010 and is being placed in a higher permit <br /> category(250-500 tons/year).
