Main St. <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Re: NOV's Issued August 11t", 2008 for 3927 Clark Drive, Stockton CA. <br /> Mr. Von Flue, <br /> This letter is to inform you of our return to compliance at 3927 Clark Drive, Stockton CA. <br /> Violation #12: Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a HW. <br /> The broken concrete is scheduled to be repaired in the 2009 fiscal year. Our contractor is working on a bid for <br /> this. As for the storm drains in the production area; drain covers are available in case of spills. We are also <br /> getting bids for an oil-water separator to serve those drain inlets. Additionally, store personnel are cleaning this <br /> area on a daily basis and have been retrained in spill control and prevention. (see training documentation <br /> attached) <br /> Violation# 16: Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems,spill control, decontamination <br /> equipment <br /> The secondary containment in the drain rack was cleaned with absorbent and disposed of with our standard oily <br /> absorbent and rock stream. It is APG policy to keep secondary containments clean and dry. <br /> Violation 420: Failed to properly label containers of HW. <br /> All containers have been properly labeled. (see attached pictures) As discussed, accumulation start dated for <br /> each tank will be kept on a clipboard to keep pertinent info legible. (see attached picture)Management has been <br /> provided a simple guideline about hazardous waste management and has gone over this with the production <br /> staff. (see attachment)Additionally Ron Hoover and Marisol Gonzalez will be attending the`Basic Auto <br /> Industry Hazardous Waste Management" class on November 4s'in Stockton. <br /> Violation 921: Corrected onsite by Juan. <br /> Violation #22: Failed to submit TSDF manifest to the DTSCfor out of state shipments. <br /> Our out of state TSDF submits a copy of all completed manifests to the DTSC. (see attached email) Our new <br /> TSDF in CA submits all completed manifests on a weekly basis to the DTSC.
