Includes spill response of hazardous wastes and hazardous materials. -Certified Used Oil Collection training includes: program requirements, oil acceptance, oil management, and spill prevention and response procedures. - DOT training includes: hazardous waste and materials management, handling, labeling, manifesting, and record keeping requirements. 2) DOT hazardous Waste refresher training is required at least every 3 years for those who have been designated responsibility to sign hazardous waste manifests.
